Although I am completely self-taught,

I have produced a varied portfolio of styles and diverse subject matters.

I enjoy the challenge of experimenting with different techniques and perspectives.

My favorite medium is oil as I like the richness of color and texture that oil provides.

I began my art career with contemporary art as expressed in two different techniques or styles.

In my folk art, the subject matter is greatly influenced by the Texas hill country.

I paint landscapes and family scenes on the ranch where I live.

Many of my paintings have expressionistic messages of love and hope.

Creating art is a healing process for my fibromyalgia condition.

My formal education: 1978 the Degree of Masters of Arts in Pedagogy and Methodology.

1986: the Degree of Post Masters of Arts in Dyslexia and Speech, from Gdansk University in Poland.

I was a teacher and therapist from 1978 till 1989 in Poland.

And the owner of Grace’s Art Gallery in Fredericksburg Texas from 1996 to 2010.

I enjoy teaching art to children and try to help them capture their precious childhood memories.

Being part of the art community is rewarding for me.

I welcome any comments you might have.
